HTL---JJ--- III type automatic production line, redesigned on the foundation of II type, puts the 200*200mm capsule template into use, which makes up the disadvantages of HTL---JJ---II type automatic production line, solves the defect existing in use and enables it contain higher scientific and technological contents. This production line is made up of equipment which makes the capsule blank. With whole computer control, constant temperature and humidity, complete seal and automatic and continuous production, it gathers oiling-glue dipping-panel over turning-template and capsule drawing-dry, totally five processes for a whole. The processes of glue dipping and panel over turning are operated separately, but they produce at the same time, which guarantees the wall thickness of the capsule cap and body, and also guarantees the quality of the capsule head. All capsules are produced in accordance with the requirements of the pharmacopoeia "2000" edition of the People's Republic of China. The machine is the ideal equipment to produce capsules with such advantages as occupying little room, high efficiency, high hygiene intensity, easy handling, GMP standard compliance, and so on.
